Welcome to Xenergy™(pronounced zen·er·jee).  We decided on this name as it represents both sides of the fitness coin, so to speak. There is an absolute connection, we believe, with Zen and Energy in regards to fitness.

We offer professional personal training in the Barre/Montpelier area for those people striving to develop healthy lifestyles. With the help of our exercise equipment, fitness experience, and nutritional knowledge, you can reach your goals. Come try a workout at our home gym with a health club feel.

At Xenergy™, you will hear a lot about the mind-body connection.  We believe that this is one of the most realistic philosophies in terms of success in many things in life, especially fitness.
It is not our wish to nor our goal to force spiritual philosophies. It is, however, our wish and our goal to share this mind-body connection with you, so that you, too, can achieve optimum health, happiness, and ultimate fitness as a result.
